How an event night plays out

    Guests join

    Visitors type the guest code on their phone. Their wallet opens at $0.00 with their own QR ready to scan.

    Vendors set up

    Each vendor types the vendor code on their phone, names their booth, and is ready to take orders.

    Add cash to a wallet

    A guest hands cash to the Bank Dashboard. The clerk scans the wallet, types the amount, and the balance lands right away.

    Take a sale

    The vendor types the price and scans the guest's wallet. The amount moves over the moment they confirm.

    Everyone gets the receipt

    The guest's wallet updates. The vendor's earnings update. The bank sees the new totals. All at the same time.
